MST88 publishes guides on odds, probability, game rules and responsible play. This page explains how they are made, so you can judge how far to trust them.
How the maths is done
Every probability, house edge and odds figure in our guides comes from the MST88 maths engine: exact combinatorics (for example, counting all 2,598,960 five-card poker hands) or full enumeration of every possible outcome (for example, every card order in a baccarat shoe). Writers explain these numbers; they do not estimate their own. An automatic check compares every number in a draft with the calculated figures and blocks publication until any unmatched number is fixed or confirmed by an editor.
How guides are written and reviewed
Drafts are prepared with the help of AI writing tools, working from our calculated figures and our internal knowledge base. No guide is published automatically: an editor reads each draft, checks the rules and figures, and approves or rejects it. Where a guide names a reviewer, that person approved it.
What we will not do
- Promise wins or sell "systems" that claim to beat the house edge. No betting system changes the expected result of a negative-edge game.
- Invent statistics, studies, quotes or experts.
- Write for anyone under the legal age.

Independence
MST88 operates the games discussed in some guides. We explain the house edge of our own games as plainly as any other.
